NEIL: It seemed like that at that time (early 2000's) every popular band I was listening to was either from New Jersey or Long Island--two hot beds for bands. It was like Connecticut was left behind with no scene and no good local bands to look up to. I felt like if we were a band in either of those two place we would be playing tons of shows, getting more fans and take the next step as a band. I truly believed that LD was awesome and our songs were superior to anything else I heard from our scene in our region.

I still stand by our music, but really it was never about being "discovered" for me. Just knowing we could have made it would have been good enough.
